Interviewed for the ERS intern position on campus. First round was held in our career services center. Two 30 minute interviews, all basic behavioral questions. Much of the emphasis was placed on problem solving in a group setting.
The second/final round was held at their office. Following a presentation about the company, was again brought in for two 30 minute interviews. The questions were pretty similar to the first round, but more emphasis was placed on "why me" and "why Deloitte".
Overall pleasant experience. The people were nice and helpful throughout the process. The only downside is that it took them almost a month to get back to me following my office visit.

There are many people applying who have as high/higher GPA than you, what makes you unique and why should we hire you?
You will need to complete Accounting, english, and Hirevue test before interview with HR. Then will move to user, usually manager from your business unit. Maybe will ask about your past project or about PSAK (if accounting). Took a month to get offering letter. HR will call you if you get accepted.
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.
