This is the weird interview in my entire life. First gave me test in mail, I did it next call to office for another test that is ui.. Serious the brief was not at all good, secondly, they have given me laptop where there is no figma and adobe xd, I did in illustrator, and deliote never use figma it seems.. So if u r from figma avoid, if u have luck u will get or else no.. U won't crack it.. I didn't even like the interview experiment as well

It took a month. They were looking for one person in two countries, Denmark & Norway. I heard they got more than 400 applications in one country. First, user interview with 3 people in the dept (45 mins), followed up with case study presentation for 45 mins, and the rest was HR & personality tests. I got shortlisted to the second round with only 4 people left. However, they went further with 2 people from Denmark as they got more experience working in the industry.

Applied for a Product Design role but was later informed it had been changed to Visual Designer without explanation. The interview process felt disorganized — the first call was cancelled after I waited 10 minutes. It was rescheduled, and I had to take leave for it. Only one interviewer showed up, though two were listed. After a brief intro, I was asked to present my projects. No real discussion followed — just one or two questions on color accessibility. The interviewer seemed uninterested and the call ended in 30 minutes, with me talking for 25 mins of it. Felt like they just wanted to glance at my current org's work and decide based on that. Overall, a disappointing experience.
