Entretien
There are 4 interview stages which are, in order,: On-line Assessment, Group Assessment, Manager Interview and finally Partner Interview.
On-line assessment is an exam sort of situation testing on Maths, English and General knowledge. Group Interview focuses an group interactions and problem solving in a group setting. Manager and Partner interviews are set up like traditional panel interviews.
Online interviews with a lot of technical questions with zero to less information from the resume provided by candidates, but it was quite a good experience overall. Need to prepare a lot before the interview.
Apply through Deloitte Careers but its better if you connect with HR personnel through linkedin. HR will then call you informing you about the position and usual introduction questions. Afterwards, two rounds of interview from HR, then one with audit heads. It takes about two to three weeks from initial interview to Job offer meeting.
Pretty good overall! the interviewer was very warm and polite and made me feel really welcome. it was a good interview, i thought i would land the role but they picked someone with experience aligned with big4.
