There recruitment process consists of 3 rounds. first round - Aptitude. There were 75 ques and 95 minutes were given to attempt those. It was an adaptive test and questions were of very basic level. Second round- GD. We were given a situation and we had to discuss the solution to that problem among ourselves for 10 minutes. Third round- Personal Interview. It was basically a technical interview. Questions were based on the resume.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.
