I was an intern turn to full time. got this opening on intranet towards the end of of my internship period. Communicated with the concerned HR and got through pretty fast otherwise this process usually takes around 3 months in average. It took me all 1 month from the date of interview to joining date. 1st round was phone interview screening with HR, then a round of 1:1 with the manager, finally with the top management over telephone again and then got joining.

The interview process was smooth and professional. The interviewer mainly focused on my academic projects, Java fundamentals, DBMS concepts, and a coding question. The discussion lasted around 30 minutes, and the interviewer was friendly and gave me enough time to explain my answers.

Technical Focus on Case Based Questions. Focus on your projects and coding skills mostly basic. Also the basic HR questions. Make sure you are confident highlight your ability and confidence.
