1st virtual round with hirevue, basic questions and few excel based questions.
Second round was an hour long with 2 officer managers on the EFA team, first half was scenario based, second half was technical based, virtual.
Final round was in person, 1 hour long, 30 minute excel test and 30 min behavioral.

Interview process was smooth. First round with recruiter, second with peer and third with manager with manager the case study/excel exam. Overall interview was pretty easy and straight-forward. I declined the offer due to salary
