The interviewer came across stern and somewhat cold, adding to the pressure. The tests themselves were standard: personality, IQ, quantitative, and qualitative, not overly difficult. However, the organization of the process seemed disorganized. My impression was that they leaned toward preferring postgraduate candidates, while I am still an undergraduate.
