I had three 1-hour interviews: Round 1 online, then Rounds 2 and 3 on-site. All rounds included CV/background review plus case-study with rapid-fired theoretical and behavioral questions. Rounds 2 and 3 were on the same day with a 15-minute break from each other, which seemed to allow interviewer from 2 round to align with 3 round interviewer. Overall, the process felt more theory-focused and centered on each interviewer’s strongest topics. Although the role was presented as AI-focused, the interview content was mostly centered on data architecture design. In the final round, I got stuck with a topic that I had not prepared well enough for. I gave the benefit of the doubt, as it may have been a difficult day for them, but the overall tone felt not friendly. I hope this helps :).
