First recruiter contacted to have a call for 30 min to discuss about the role. then moved to the interviews stage. There was 1 hr technical interview in which the interviewer asked question around front-end development, testing, react, redux, hooks Once the interview was done recruiter ghosted me for several weeks even when I tried to follow up multiple times. Then I got a email saying I will me moving to next stage and scheduled a 1hr Manegerial round. It went well they just asked questions on project management, scrum etc. Next day got email from recruiter that they liked me and are willing to offer 85k in phoenix arizona and asked me if I want to move ahead with the offer letter process. I said yes and got no reply from recruiter. then I followed up after 2 weeks. recruiter said they are still in process of getting approvals. I followed up 2 weeks later no reply. then 1 week later no reply. one fine day I got generic reject email for the position I applied from Deloitte. So guys don't waste your time.
