The HR representative initially came across as friendly, but that changed quickly. There was a lack of transparency at every stage — from job responsibilities to salary discussions. They would frequently reschedule calls last-minute and showed little respect for candidates’ time.
During the initial call, the HR promised a competitive salary range aligned with market standards. However, after multiple rounds of interviews and even informal verbal discussions implying a certain package, the final offer was drastically lower — almost 30% below the initially discussed range. When questioned, HR dodged the topic and claimed “budget constraints” with no prior notice.
