    I applied online, it took less than a week for them to contact me back. First phone screen then they scheduled another technical phone interview in rush in the following 2 days. The interviewer spoke English with extremely heavy accent, he was not prepared to interview a senior candidate and expressed that he is not technical person. It was very hard to understand him. I asked him to repeat several time then finally he asked:" What is string". I still couldn't get the question. He got angry and said "why do you don't understand if you know how to program". I asked him again the question and realize "what is the string". Then I said sorry and couldn't move forward with this kind of interview.

    After that an hr round, asked about hobbies and family details. Might check the knowledge regarding the hobby. Then a technical round where asked to write vode snippets in C. For me they asked for circular link list

    I applied for senior software engineer for core java+ Webservices, and the interviewer asked me the irrelevant questions of Linux and scripting , etc.. i informed them , about the Job description for which i have applied, but still the interviewer didn't asked a single question from it.

    The interview was just another nightmare. The HR requested to be at the premises at 10 AM sharp, but those people turned in at 11 AM. Hmm okay. I could still accept this after a hectic bunch of week days getting back to office on a saturday would need more motivation. I was waiting there after providing my resume and passport photo for very long time. At 12:30 PM i was called in for the first level interview. I had 9.5 years of experience, at the first look i am sure the interviewer is definitely has that much experience. that guy was not even interested to take part in the interview, it was conducted name sake. The second round was kindof HR and project oriented. All i got was 5 mins. in that period the interviewer was talking in phone side by side and kept on signalling to me to continue. But i stopped there is no point in saying something to a person who is not listening. this interviewer said "You can leave the premises, HR will contact u". I left the premises and in 30 mins the HR called me asking about my availability. Their actual motto is "People does not matter to us, only the result counts...". Bottom line is Capgemini interview process sucks better than a vaccum cleaner...

    It was very well managed and organized, they had 3 rounds:
    first we had a written apti round to filter out most the people.
    Next was Technical round , basic questions were asked like simple sql queries and puzzles etc...
    last was HR round to discuss policies..

    Two round of technical questions,The first round took almost 2 hours. they have asked questions from Threading, Collections, Design Patterns, Strings and Swings. In the second round they ask only manage level questions.
