J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Capgemini (Espoo)
Entretien
I sent an application and very quickly received an invitation for an interview on-location. The first interview was a general interview about my skills, experience and personality. After the interview, I received a second invitation to take a 6-hour philosophic exam (rorschach tables, general knowledge questions, personality tests, and so on). After that, I was invited to a final meeting where I was offered a contract after a quick chat.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
All questions were bread-and-butter ones - anything you usually hear in an interview, really. No curveballs or difficult questions (I was surprised about the lack of programming tests, though...).
