J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Capgemini (Kānpur, Uttar Pradesh) en sept. 2016
Entretien
The process consisted of three rounds
1 Written ( aptitude, reasoning, and WET(Written English Test)) which was online.
2 Technical Interview
3 HR
It started with aptitude and reasoning. There were 16 questions in each set. They were simple and logical. The time allotted was 55 minutes. After submitting this you'll have your WET. That's also easy. You'll be given a topic and you need to write an essay of about 300-345 words.
After this, you'll reach to the technical round. In this, they'll ask things from your resume. Your academic projects, current technologies, and anything. They would be just checking your presence of mind and confidence.
After clearing that you'll reach to the HR. In HR , they'll ask you questions about yourself and they would be analysing your resume and asking questions from it.
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.
