The questions revolved around how I handle a team, delegate tasks, and manage responsibilities. They were more inclined toward understanding my approach to teamwork, leadership style, and how I coordinate with others. The discussion primarily highlighted my basic skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and time management. There were no in-depth technical questions, making the interview more about assessing my soft skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

I had a phone interview with a recruiter, it was nice and smooth, I received more information about the position which wasn’t in the job description, but after that I had to wait for a month to get an email with an invite for a technical interview in 2-3 days, which was absolutely too late and I had already found a job and they said that they were on vacation and are sorry, but they could still notify me somehow about it.
