There are 3 assessments that need to be cleared in order to move on to interview phase. First assessment is an MCQ consisting of Logic reasoning, English, coding questions and ms office. Second assessment is coding where two questions will be need to be solved in 60 minutes. One is an easy question, the other ones is medium difficult question. Third assessment is of english.

Interview process at Accenture was smooth, well-structured, and overall easy to navigate. The communication throughout the process was professional, and the interview rounds were not overly difficult if you were prepared with the basics.
The only downside was the timeline. The complete hiring process took almost one year from initial application to final onboarding, which felt quite time-consuming. Apart from the delay, the overall experience was positive and organized.

First there was an aptitude test with two coding questions, followed by a communication round assessing clarity and confidence, and finally a technical and HR interview as the selection stage.
