Second Interview, Capabilities and experience in previous roles (be prepared to discuss every position you were in before, what you did, your contribution, the difficulty you faced and how you resolve it)
Third Interview, Business case problem, the interview will probably be ran by someone senior who will present a problem and will want to know how you navigate resolving the problem. Step by step to show how you are well thought out.
Forth Interview - Senior leadership is typically the final where someone from leadership want to sense check facts they have been told about you and also to understand your strengths and where you can contribute.

My Accenture interview was structured and friendly. The panel focused on problem-solving, teamwork, and real project scenarios. Clear communication, confidence, and understanding company values helped me succeed throughout the process.
Il processo di colloquio con Accenture per la posizione di Digital Marketing Manager è stato strutturato in più fasi. Prima un'intervista telefonica con il team HR, seguita da un test tecnico per valutare le competenze digitali e strategiche. Successivamente, ho partecipato a un colloquio con il manager del team, dove abbiamo discusso dei miei progetti passati, delle strategie di marketing digitale e di come misurare il successo delle campagne. Infine, c'è stato un incontro con il direttore di reparto per una valutazione complessiva delle mie capacità e della mia adattabilità alla cultura aziendale.
