J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Accenture (Kuala Lumpur) en juill. 2024

Whole hiring process was conducted online. I applied through the career website and there were around 4 stages to this: screening call with recruiter, coding assessment, skills interview, and lastly closing interview. First step was screening call with recruiter where they ask about your background, give an explanation about the role, etc. After that I was given a website link to a coding assessment where you do algorithm and DSA type questions. After coding assesment, they will schedule a skills interview where they ask theory questions (OOP, SQL, questions about SDLC), ask about your background, and also do live coding questions (had to write simple SQL query and coding) and lasted for an hour. After passing the skills interview, they'll schedule a behavioral interview with the manager where they ask about your background and ask in detail about experience written in resume (internships, projects, how I handled my workload). A week after that I received my verbal offer.

First is the application stage, where you submit your CV or application form and the employer reviews your qualifications.
Next is often an initial screening, which may be a short phone or video call. This is usually to confirm basic details, your experience, and your interest in the role.
If you pass that, you move to a formal interview, which could be in person or online. This is where they ask more detailed questions about your skills, experience, and how you handle situations.
1. Initial Interview with HR.
2. Technical Interview - start with telling about myself, walkthrough experience and projects. Asks about Javascript Libraries and development tools. Challenges encountered
3. Job Offer

The interview was intense and practical, focusing exclusively on hands-on Experience Cloud implementation rather than theoretical knowledge. The interviewer bypassed definition-based questions entirely, instead posing complex, real-time scenarios—such as designing user sharing models, configuring custom LWR templates, or troubleshooting license limitations—to evaluate actual project experience and implementation expertise.
