The entire process took 2 days. Started with a HR round where they asked about myself and some basic journal entries.. Next round was a skills round which was conducted by the process manager in which he asked basic accounting questions. Final round was HR discussion which only included salary negotiation. but practically they have not negotiated any salary..they have already computed my salary as per the company norms and they said that this is the maximum salary they can provide... either take it or leave it.
