J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Accenture (Londres, Angleterre) en juill. 2015
Entretien
First round was digital video recording. I went through the guidelines described on their email and few questions like 'Why Accenture?', 'understanding of s/w engineering role' along with some additional questions about me and my current role. After that next was skill based and HR face to face interview at their office.
In skills based interview, they asked about everything written on my CV and about my current role. Accessed how much I am updated about technology? Do I follow some tech. community? How do I use tech. in my life? and how often? Focus was on team work and if any issues, my reaction to it. If I didn't know the answer I said no. So, whatever you wrote in CV, you should be able to defend it.
While in HR, they asked about my experiences/situations where I was working in team, how I used strategy, how to handle conflicts in team etc. They have mentioned in their mail that they take 10 days to reply back. They were quick.
'Don't take stress and be prepared.' I prepared lot of things, but only 1-2 was asked in the interview. But my preparation gave me confidence and I could answer the questions which I never thought they will ask. That helped. So, Do your homework properly!

After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
