3 round interviews, 1st round is with HR, 2nd with line manager, 3rd is with a higher level manager who is the very good and professional and finally helped to made my mind and accept the offer.

The HR round was the first one - Asked about Why I want to join a tech firm and where do I see myself in next 5 years. What are some of your strengths and weaknesses?

Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
