The organization reached out to me for an interview. They initially spoke to me over the phone and screened my qualifications. I then had a phone interview with one of the Partners of the Testing organization which went very well. He articulated their goals and mission of the group and how I would fit into that. I also met one of their Senior Manager for a face to face...they went through an extensive background check...then lastly an interview with HR to validate I am not a crazy person...lol
