There are 3 rounds once the profile is shortlisted:
1. Technical Round - Video call round with candidate to assess technical skills
2. Managerial Round - Video call around to assess communication skills, attitude etc
3. HR round

I interviewed for Scrum master role. They asked about Scrum , Agile, ceremonies, experience as scrum master, some scenario based questions.
First they take interview at office location ,then by director followed by HR round . Their processes are very fast and they provide good hike. In interview they will ask technical as well as management related questions.

Seamless and very smooth. Post the offer letter roll out it went very smooth with no hickups. Therr were multiple follow ups for joining and onboarding process was good. Orientation in metaverse during covid time was very appreciated .
