Firstly there are normal assessment which include various topics which includes operating system, computer network, object oriented programming, etc and coding assessment and further which was normally about projects and language used basically.

Initial interview was automated. Applying without background knowledge to the job is a big no no meaning you wouldn't be able to lie your way through it or at least from my experience.
It was very good with some good information regarding the environment and it was more informative. Needed to be more candidate friendly.Need some more improvement in the interview process and Communication is delayed
