This application includes essential personal details, educational background, work experience, and sometimes a cover letter. Resume Screening: Accenture's recruitment team reviews the submitted resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the minimum qualifications and requirements for the software engineering position. Online Assessments: Some candidates may be required to take online tests or assessments to evaluate their technical skills, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.       On campus drive where students were selected at random. So it was based on luck totally. 3 rounds one aptitude one hr one technical. Difficulty was medium so basically it was overally a good experience. Nothing so hard to prepare if you are already have decent grade and an average student it would be over par.

      The first interview was with HR, and the second was technical in nature. Questions covered architecture, testing, and databases. The selection process was well-organized and efficient. It was a positive experience that left a good impression of both the staff and the company.
