J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Accenture (San Antonio, TX) en juill. 2015

      Entretien

During the phone interview, the recruiter described the job and asked very general questions. I felt like she was fishing for more information so I started to just give the usual answers that most companies request. I was then instructed to take a programming assessment. The recruiter told me that very little programming knowledge was needed. She was wrong. I did not pass the assessment because I was not prepared. I would advise brushing up on those common programming language rules. I did not Google the answers because I was told there would be a second assessment in person later in the process.

      Question 1

The recruiter went over the job description and asked if I would be able to perform those tasks. There were no direct questions asked. I inserted the typical information about myself during the job description. Example: when she read the description, I would give examples of how I handle a similar process at my previous job.

After a phone interview with basic questions basically seeing your experience with computers in the related field you are applying for, you have to take an assessment online. It's a 40 question quiz that has to be completed in 1 hour or less. Some questions are more difficult than others, but the main difficult part about this quiz is the amount of time you have. Only an hour for the 40 questions isn't enough time which makes it more difficult than it actually should be. Maybe this is their way of seeing your time management skills. After taking and passing this assessment, the recruiter contacted me to set up an in person interview with the company. On the day of the interview, I along with about 7 other people interviewing were taken into a conference room and given a presentation on the company. After this, we each individually went to two one-on-one interviews with some of the managers, we each had our own different ones to interview with. The first interview lasted about 25 minutes with questions basically asking about my computer skills and to tell them about myself. This manager then gave me a worksheet with three questions to see how my analytical skills were. They were questions that made you think, I was able to answer 2 of the 3. After that, I was returned to the conference room to wait for my next interview with the other manager. This second interview was much easier. Basically just had to talk about myself and ask about any questions I had about the company. He explained a lot of things about the company and what a typical work day would be like. After that I was done! I interviewed on a Friday and was called the following Monday morning with an offer that I accepted.
