- One technical interview: It is a mixture of a knowledge test on a scale of 1-5 according to personal judgment and the additional comments so it can be placed in the correct context, while the interviewer makes additional notes. No coding, no algorithm solving.
The process was only these two stages, getting straight to the point, no time-wasting. I am very satisfied with that, they are searching for people with all seniorities. Hopefully, it will stay this good in the future as well.
