3 step hiring process. First a quick phone interview. Then a situational/behavioral phone interview lasting about an hour. Then a 1:1 interview lasting about 2 hours.

It was an Online interview and was also my first interview as CMA. Where I got bit nervous and couldn't perform well. And also after interview, HR was busy it seems I didn't got any mail or message regarding my interview status for 30 days. Even HR was not picking the call. One day, HR picked up the call and said I was not selected.
