Got interview call through elitmus...drive was held on October 12th,2014,Pune. Interview has technical and hr rounds at the same time.(I mean one technical and hr persons sit beside and ask).Our interview was held in a group of 6 members one by one.

1) At first he saw my graphical resume and appreciated it and asked who prepared it.I said myself.
2) He asked what computer languages do you know.I said C, CPP.
3)He asked tell me about any one topic you know in C?
4)What are the differences between C and CPP language.
5)What is the significance of destructors in CPP.?
6) Why you are shifting to software side when u are from ECE.
7) What do you know about accenture and its core values
8) Are you flexible in relocating and nightshifts..
9)Would you do higher studies later
10) Write any program that you know well.
I was selected ,the offer letter was given after 1 month and joining date was after 4 1/2 months from the date of interview.
The details of joining date and location is given 20 days before onboarding.

The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.

Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
