Phone interview followed by an HR interview then an interview with technical consultant
Phone Interview and HR interview were very basic (normal questions about your future and relocation)
The position is Security Delivery Project Manager so I should have an interview testing my project management skills as well as my technical skills
I've had a 15 minutes interview with a solution consultant who wasn't aware about the vacancy and what is the required skills for it.
During the interview He started looking at the job requirement in the job posting and asking me very trivial questions not related to the project management nor the security field
I'm very disappointed with their hiring process and their lack of professionalism

le processurs commence par un Entretien RH classique. puis entretien avec le manager de l'équipe. Puis un cas avec un expert de l'entreprise, il faut bien réfléchir ! Bonne expérience dans l'ensemble.

Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
