HR called and told me that I cleared the 1st round. After that no response. My profile is on hold now. But I was expecting this from Accenture as I have read about such experiences in multiple job portals. Please be better next time.

Absolutely unprofessional!
First with recruiting agency, then two interviews with two hiring managers.
They ghosted me for more than two months with no update about my application. Then they send me a simple email saying they had better application in the "pipeline". They see applicants as products!

The hiring process was smooth with no glitches. The HR and the interviewer were very polite and hospitable. The interviewer was very frank in listing out the job requirements and expectations from a new hire
