J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Accenture (Londres, Angleterre) en juill. 2020
Entretien
I was applying to Accenture UK and I am a candidate from Hong Kong, yes, I am planning to relocate.
The overall process included 4 rounds
1. Recruiter Review
2. Manager Skill Interview
3. Another Manager Case Interview
4. MD Interview
After the 4 rounds interview, the recruiter told me that my profile is good and quite fit for the role, we can go into the offer stage, we were aligning the grade and salary.
After 1 week, the recruiter told me that the MD suddenly changed her mind and they prefer to hire another candidate who is more senior.
That's really a bad experience and no integrity.
I doubt if it is about racism, only the MD and recruiter will know the truth.
Integrity is a really important thing in consulting, will you change your price quotation during the last minutes when the client signs your engagement contract. That's how Accenture UK works
But the recruiter is really good during the process and willing to help.

It was good, as i felt they responded to every query of mine and were supportive during the intreview porcess. The recruiting team was very prompt and guided me at every stage.
The interview process consists of three structured rounds: beginning with an initial hiring manager screening, progressing to a detailed evaluation with the Senior Manager or MD, and concluding with a final, mandatory in-person MD interview.
