I had applied for this role through college. Basically you'll have a presentation about the company ( Take notes and listen carefully. They will ask you questions from the presentation). You will then have an assessment round where you will have to perform certain tasks ( Basic grammar and a few tasks to measure your multitasking skills. It was very interesting). If you get through this round you will have a telephonic interview that will go on for about 30 minutes. They asked questions such as :- 1. tell us about yourself 2. Why do you think this job is apt for you? 3. What is the role of a BPS? 5.Where do you see yourself in the next few years ? 6. A few situational questions If you get through this round then you will have a technical assessment round wherein your skills will be tested, You will be given a Presentation and a few instructions and then you will have to rectify the errors and draft an email to your fellow bps. The next round consists of 3 rounds of interview with the HR. They will ask you a few basic questions mentioned above and then they will ask you a question like " tell us a time when you took a leadership position in class or tell us a time when you had given out instruction to people and how they reacted to that, Tell us a time when you had to work in a team or a time when you took the initiative to lead a group of people . Tell us a time when you failed" And such . The interview was an amazing experience for me and I learned a lot about the company and myself through this process. This was the best interview that I had attended so far. Just be confident about yourself. There are no wrong answers. All the best guys
