2 round interview and assessment with a senior manager, director, senior consultant and HR. Assessment was in line with regular ones but still one had to prepare thoroughly for it to ensure you would not lose your spot to an assessment round.

All the process where good and friendly and but it took long to get a result . During the interview processs they always check the communication and ability to work with the team.
Long process and people will be waiting for their turn and no timeline will be mentioned and for one position 1000+ interviews and also not sharing detailed feedback for rejection
My interview at Accenture went really well. The panel was warm and professional, and the questions were insightful yet comfortable. I felt confident throughout and could express myself clearly. Overall, it was a positive and enriching experience.
