The interview was a multi-stage process. After initial screening by the HR team, the first round of interview was with a mid-senior Project Manager. The questions asked focused on project planning, project work breakdown, milestone tracking, project governance etc. This was over the phone. The next round was a face to face interaction focusing on the same topics as above.

Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
