J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Accenture (Pune)

The interview process is standard - but the experience was pathetic. Completely unexpected from company like Accenture. Lot of issues which were very frustrating - JD not provided - position not clear - location never confirmed. Recruitment team never cares to respond to your emails or answer phone or call back. When they call - they are always in hurry and as much brief as possible - i think they have an internal SLA of not talking to candidates for more than a minute. Emails sent to wrong address - multiple time. Feedback never shared - when they call you for next round - you understand that you have cleared the earlier - the rounds never ends. Every step has 4-6 weeks of time gap - the whole process took 6 months - and is still WIP. After going through 4 rounds and 6 months I still do not know what position they are hiring me - what will be my job responsibilities - what salary they are ready to offer - what location they are considering me - is it over or there are still more rounds - ridiculous!

J'ai passé un entretien chez Accenture (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
1 round with HR, 3 rounds of case studies (1 principal, 2 Managing directors). Themes of case studies are exactly related to the PiP type projects and situations and are sourced from direct experience of each interviewer
The interview process was professional and well organized. It started with an initial recruiter conversation to discuss my background, the role, compensation expectations, and overall fit. From there, I met with several leaders across the organization to discuss my experience with enterprise transformation, SAP delivery, program leadership, client management, and operating in complex consulting environments. The conversations were thoughtful and focused on both technical experience and leadership style.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you led a complex transformation program with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Very sorry experience with unrelated questions. Interviewer was not able to put the interviewee at ease and tried to focus on what they could not bring to the table rather than what they could.
