Initial process involved sending a CV and cover letter. Second round was psychometric testing involving interpreting data e.g. graphs from small businesses with their sales, revenue, profit etc. Third round was an in person assessment day which involved a group activity of planning an event. A 1 to 1 interview. A VR assessment where you are asked to give a project update to a manager under time constraints and then asked to perform multiple different tasks under a time contraint. Also asked to prepare a short presentation applying a 'trending' technology to an industry of our choice.

Eh, liked the first rounds varied format but really couldn't get a feel for the place or culture when in person for the final round, unsure was it a me problem or a them problem.
