Se realiza una evaluación del inglés, luego entrevista con recursos humanos y también con el líder del área (puede ser más de una entrevista). Mi puesto era para trabajar con USA entonces también tuve entrevista telefónica con gente de USA.

Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
