HR will call your for initial interview. Then she will schedule you for technical interview. If you pass you will be scheduled for closing interview. If you pass you will be offered to join the company. The whole process will take between 2 to 3 months. Negotiation may take place. You will also be offered with sign-in bonus. Sign-in bonus means bond to the company for a year or 2. Once you signed the contract, you will be given time to submit all the employment requirements.
