Frustrating and unprofessional. The process took over 4 months and included several interviews that had to be rescheduled due to the availability of the hiring manager. Several weeks would pass without a follow up from the recruiter. Interviews included an initial call with a recruiter and five additional situational interviews with others in the same or similar role as well as the hiring manager. Accenture consults with companies all over the world helping them to improve their candidate experience yet their own candidate experience is lacking in many ways.
