Three rounds of interview, phone screening by recruiter, first round technical and second round management interview. It includes background checking, references, technical evaluation and job oriented management evaluation. Overall good experience, the lead time varies, for me it took 6 months to complete

It was straight forward. First talent acquisition, then two VPs interview me separately due to availability. The talent acquisition asked simple questions. However, the VPs were very specific to solutions, what would I do, and what I have done regarding past experiences.
they were confused between actual cloud (private on how switches and all are to be understood) vs what a CSP is (eg aws,azure... etc). Overall it was nice but they were confused
Las tres primeras entrevistas muy positivas y seguidas entre sí. La última se demoró más de un mes en confirmarme la oferta. Me permitieron entrevistarme directamente con el equipo, fue muy positivo.
