I applied online for the position of graduate software developer. I found the application to be straight forward. However, I did not advance further. I was not told the reason, only I would have to wait a further 6 months to apply again.

Had an online hackerank (1st stage), then had a task-based accenture interview was given a case-study, seemed straightforward. There was a slot you needed to allocate yourself to do this interview.

Online cognitive and situational questions followed by a case study interview over video call then a traditional interview with star type questions as usual. They took a long time to respond to me but it was a rejection

The final round interview was about one hour long. The first part was about a code review regarding the code you've written in the initial assessment. The second part was about 12 strength-based questions
