I had a phone interview with the international IC director. She told me that she liked my profile, that my recruiting process should continue and asked me to produce a long dossier with the detailed description of all my past projects. I invested a lot of time in doing that and I got no feedback at all after that, neither positive or negative, the person just disappeared.
