We were given only English test. As a native English speaker who was pursuing a master degree in Latvia , I was told I did not pass the English test, meanwhile there was a latvian who confined to me after the interview that he wrote almost nothing , yet he was offered the job. After confronting the HR about this , they lied to me that immigration office instructed all companies in Latvia to stop recruiting foreigners .

Interview process is of three rounds first round is aptitude followed by coding round. second one is online communication assesment and third one is HR round. There is no tech round as salary is only 4.5 LPA and they just want to see your confidence and communication skills nothing on tech side
