It's smooth and somehow hard to actually get a job because of the expectation of the interviewer. Some personnel are strict and some were fine. The process was a bit long for a day and time consummating.
I applied through employee referral. After 2 days they called for an initial interview. They asked about my personal details like where and when I graduated and from what school. After 2 days, I got a second call asking for my skills and knowledge about accounting.

Mostly about your work history and background. Reason for resigning and about your education. Expected salary and if your transcript of records of diploma is already available. Mostly about your work history. Wgat year you started, why did you resign, when did you resign.

The interview process is whole day. Youll have an exam on language, logic and reading comprehension. Be prepared for unfamiliar english words lol. Also additional exam depends on what positiin are u applying. The waiting time is really long so have patience.
