Entretien
The interview process is pretty long.
1) The first round is a casual telephonic round to check your location preferences and availability.
2) Then comes the technical interview. The first round for technical interview is telephonic in most cases and then probably one face to face technical round.
3) The HR round. This interview is a face to face discussion. It includes your flexibility at work. The total CTC and other benefits. Leave details in detail.
4) Sometimes the HOD also has a one to one connect (Optional).
It was a two round process where 1st round involved technical question and 2nd round mostly managerial round where they test your ability to manage the project and how you handle the situtation
