The interview itself wasn’t that bad but everything until that point was. I was in contact with a recruiter from Accenture itself. After a phone call to determine I was suitable for an interview I received the job description per email which was for another job. When I asked about it I was told it was similar so that’s all I had before going into the interview itself, since the job application itself was removed from the internet already. The description they gave me was for an agent who would be in the team that I was applying for to lead, so it’s quite different from a manager job description. At the point where the recruiter offered me the job (so after the interview) I received a copy of an email that was sent to someone with a complete different name and referring me to Hays for more questions. The only thing that was the same was the job I applied for, because I was never in contact with Hays about this. I would be ashamed if that was my company’s recruiter and it doesn’t really set a good tone or gives a good first impression of the company. I declined the offer because I’m not interested in working for a company that is not caring about persons, only about numbers.

They conducted two rounds of interviews. The first round was technical, and the second (final) round was managerial.
I attended both interviews and cleared them. After that, they sent me another email inviting me to attend the first round again, i.e., a skill interview.
I sent a polite email asking whether the message was sent by mistake or if I was required to attend another interview. After that, they sent me a rejection email.
