As I have attended a campus drive interview ,Accenture selects the people not on talent based but on gender! They selected large number of girls (which includes some dum n zero knowledged wala),I’m really disappointed that many of the people who are technically sound with all their skill set especially boys were not selected rather than they selected girls with a zero knowledge on technical stuffs also with the
communication . Hope this could not happen in future that the persons who are good at their field should be opted
Three steps interview, HR, technical and HR+Team Lead. Initial questions related to description of previous career steps. Technical questions related to real system analysis. The feedback was not that great.
