Hi all. Accenture is one of the good IT company to work with, as the reviewers said in the various Websites. So, I always have interest in Accenture than other IT's. Let's see my interview experience in brief. AMCAT or eLITMUS Score: This is mandatory as we all were shortlisted based on the Score (Just apply and take the exam, don't worry about the score) Oct 3, 2014, On this day, I got the mail from the aspiring minds (AMCAT) that I'm shortlisted for the job opportunity with ACCENTURE Services. (I was shocked see this mail, since no response frm amcat for 1 year). I applied to it by the given link in mail. Oct 15, 2014, I got the Interview Hall ticket with date, location and reporting time. i.e on 18th, Oct 2014 at VIT Chennai, 11.00 a.m Oct 18, 2014 ---------Interview Day :)------------- 10.30 a.m The ID No. is given by the Alphabetical Order, I'm S so I got 908. At the entrance they told to wait in one room based on my ID. 04.00 p.m Nothing happened in past hours we waited. waited. waited. By 3.30 two staff came in and gave the Employee form and checklist. We filled. Attached all the documents. They verified and gave TOKEN number. 06.00 p.m Finally, one guy came in and called 5 members (+me) to the interview panel.(Finally). Again, waited. 06.30 p.m The HR called all of us (5) into the panel which consists of 2HRs. We sat in the order (905, 906, 907, 908, 909). INTERVIEW: We all went in. Wished. Blahh.. The first HR saw the Documents and asked the first one i.e 905. We all were frm different stream. FIRST QUESTION IS : Why Accenture? Why not CTS?(as she already placed :/ ) She explained accenture is one of the best blah..blah..blah.. Next HR aked abt her project. 906, 907.. Same 908, Me: Why Accenture? I explained as frm Wiki. Slogan of the Accenture? Explained. About Logo of the Accenture? What does that greater than symbol above 't' mean. Explained. About the project: Explained for about 6 mins. (Prepare about ur project completely and prepare urself to explain) That's all. INTERVIEW Over. 6-7 mins. each. Totally more or less 30 mins. We came out. Again Waited. 07.00 pm We waited in the room, and the finally list came. The name reading begun. All are eagerly looking forward to their names. Me too. The names are called out. Unfortunately, that I heard that name as 2nd. " SETHUPATHII SEKAR" Thats all. My ears stopped working and I cant explain my emotions in my words. I'm Selected.
