The process included a meritrac based pattern test. It was a test checking your observational skills. Then the students were shortlisted for the second round which was the HR round. They asked basic questions based on personality. Be prepared for questions on your training and project. The HR consisted of the interview being taken with a set of 5 students in each panel. Be fluent in your answering style and be confident.

The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.

Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
