J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Accenture (Arlington, VA)
Entretien
It started with a friendly and informative phone-screening with a recruiter there. I learned a lot about the role.
Right after speaking with her I was sent a HireVue interview, where I answered some typed information about myself and did a few recorded interviews with questions like "Tell us about your background and past experience".
Lastly, it ended with an in-person interview at Arlington, VA. Brief group presentation, a one-on-one behavioral with a senior level manager there (which was nice to get), and finally a one-on-one tech skills review with an employee (just a review, no technical questions asked).

Tell me about a time when you disagreed with your boss about something but had to move forward with it.
Interview for Accenture Federal. First a recruiter called me, we discussed a good fitting role. I was scheduled right into a behavioral interview. There I was asked a lot of questions about teamwork. In the case study afterwards I was asked about migrating data from a bunch of small similar entities to one big data source.

I applied through university. The process took about 2 weeks and had 3 rounds. The first round was get-to-know-you interview. The second round was a technical challenge. After 2 rounds, I was invited for 2 back-to-back interviews on campus where I met 2 Accenture leaders. It included one behavioral interview and one technical interview. I received my verbal offer after 2 days. I was extremely happy about the process.
